"Operational Excellence in Dairy: Learning from Nandini Hi-Tech"

As part of the academic program, BIM had organized an industry visit to the renowned Nandini Hi-Tech Product Plant on 20th Nov 2024.This visit aimed to provide our BBA students with practical exposure to the dairy industry's operational and management practices.

Nandini, a brand under the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), is a leading player in the dairy industry, renowned for its high-quality dairy products.

Students were taken on a guided tour of the facility on Milk Procurement and Quality Testing,Processing and Packaging and Storage and Logistics.

It was an enriching experience that complemented their theoretical learning with real-world applications.
